Refund Policy
If a customer has paid twice for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded to the same payment source within 4–5 working days.
If a customer wishes to return a product, the return request must be raised within 12 hours of product delivery.
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Return Process

Replacement Policy
In case of damaged goods, customers must initiate a replacement request within 3 days of delivery.
Upon receiving the returned damaged product, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10business days.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and after dispatch.
